Your Recovery Reset — A structured day‑rehabilitation program delivered over six weeks, five days a week. Designed for people recovering from drug or alcohol addiction, trauma, and related conditions, Reset provides daily therapeutic groups, 9D breath work, individualized counseling, relapse‑prevention education, and practical support to help clients regain there lives back while remaining at home or in supported accommodation.

Your Recovery Restore — A six‑week aftercare program for clients who have completed the day program or a residential rehab, or for those seeking additional support. Restore offers ongoing therapy, peer support, and skill‑building with minimum participation requirements to reinforce gains, prevent relapse, and ease the transition back into everyday life.

Your Recovery Bail — A 12‑week court‑linked recovery program for individuals eligible for bail into community treatment. Bail features zero‑tolerance drug and alcohol policies, regular urine screening, trauma therapy to address the use of substances and offending behaviors, 9D breath work, coordinated legal support with lawyer and court reporting to ensure compliance and maximize safety and accountability.

Your Recovery Hub — A calming studio space offering meditation, yoga, and 9‑dimensional breathwork sessions for emotional release and stress‑management. Hub services support recovery by reducing anxiety, improving self‑regulation, and providing accessible tools for ongoing emotional health.
